Where to look for grant-writing resources in Alaska
Some Alaska grant-writing resources, as of August 2009:
The Foraker group helps nonprofits and nonprofit boards. Better yet, as the Foraker site mentions on its Grant Mentoring page it will offer help with finding grantwriters as well. I have had some indirect experience with these folks in the past, since they have helped at least two, maybe three, organizations I’ve been a part of. I know that in the past they’ve been willing to work with limited budgets.
Other homegrown possibilities are the site Grant Station, and the related website Funding-Exchange, based in Fairbanks
