Alaska historian launches site
Historian and author Dr. Elizabeth Tower prides herself on writing Alaska history that is both well-researched and easy to read. Information about Tower and her books is now also easy to locate on the Web, thanks to her new Web site at AlaskaWriters Homestead. Among her featured books is Alaska’s Homegrown Governor, a biography of William Egan. Tower has been active in the Cook Inlet Historical Society and was the State Historical Society’s 1996 Historian of the Year.
